Shopping for a new OLED TV? The Samsung S95B absolutely should be on your radar. While this 2022 model has since been supplanted by the newer S95C bearing brighter QD-OLED panel technology, the S95B is still our pick for best 4K TV overall and best OLED TV overall for the sheer value. That value strengthens with this Best Buy deal that brings the 65-inch model down to $1,600.

The Samsung S95B originally retailed for $3,000 but has settled around the $2,000 mark for quite some time now. It regularly drops even lower in periodic sales, and this $1,600 price is as good as it gets for a fairly new 65-inch QD-OLED TV. With Samsung phasing out production to make room for newer models, the clock is ticking on what's surely one of the best TV deals going right now.

What makes this Samsung OLED the one to watch?

In our Samsung S95B OLED review, we found the biggest strength to be its tack-sharp, stunning picture quality aided by OLED technology, which uses individually lit pixels to produce a virtually infinite contrast ratio. The TV also uses quantum dots to further enhance its image quality with a wider, brighter range of colors.

Samsung's newer, more expensive S95C can get even brighter, but the S95B still delivers higher peak luminance than other OLED TVs in its class and price range. Even before this discount to $1,600, this TV was an incredible value against competing Sony and LG models that typically sell for more money.

You'll notice one downside compared to competing sets: its lack of Dolby Vision, which automatically tunes brightness and tones for pinpoint color accuracy to show content the way Hollywood cinematographers intended. We don't think it's a dealbreaker, however.

The HDR10 performance on this model and the OLED set's overall quality make the Dolby Vision omission easily forgivable. Many newer films and shows are also mastered for HDR10+, which this TV supports.

The S95B uses Samsung's Tizen OS smart TV platform that includes tons of streaming apps; 120Hz gaming and the ability to stream games through services like Xbox Game Pass; and built-in voice-activated smart home control for SmartThings-compatible devices.
